Comment acqu\u00e9rir et d\u00e9velopper de nouvelles comp\u00e9tences pour le m\u00e9tier d\u2019enseignant au 21 \u00e8me si\u00e8cle ? En effet, quels m\u00e9tiers exerceront nos \u00e9l\u00e8ves d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui et de demain ? Sans doute des m\u00e9tiers \u2026que nous ne connaissons pas encore ! Alors, comment favoriser le d\u00e9veloppement des savoirs, savoir-faire  <\/span>et savoir-\u00eatre  <\/span>qui aideront nos \u00e9l\u00e8ves \u00e0 s\u2019ins\u00e9rer demain sur  <\/span>le march\u00e9 du travail ? Enseignant au 21\u00e8me<\/sup>  si\u00e8cle : un nouveau m\u00e9tier ! mais comment s\u2019y pr\u00e9parer ? <\/span>

Cette enqu\u00eate devrait permettre de rep\u00e9rer vos besoins en formation, afin de pouvoir faire face aux d\u00e9fis \u00e9ducatifs actuels.<\/span><\/div>\n
Cette enqu\u00eate est anonyme. Chacune de vos r\u00e9ponses est importante. La r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 cette enqu\u00eate ne vous prendra que 10 \u00e0 15 mn, mais l\u2019ensemble des r\u00e9sultats sera utile aux centres de formation europ\u00e9ens, ainsi qu\u2019aux enseignants et aux chefs d\u2019\u00e9tablissement. How can we as teachers acquire and develop the competences that we will need to do our job in the 21st Century? What professions will today’s pupils and those of tomorrow enter? Professions which we cannot yet imagine. How can we develop the competences, knowledge and lifeskills which will help our pupils to enter the workplace of tomorrow? Teaching in the 21st Century is a rapidly changing profession. How can we prepare ourselves for this?<\/span><\/div>\n
Click on the link <\/span>https:\/\/www.surveymonkey.com\/s\/TTBYL5G<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/span>  <\/span>to enter a questionnaire  <\/span>. This questionnaire has been prepared by the Education Commission of the Council of Europe (INGO Conference) with the aim of assessing, on a pan-European level, your needs for Continuing Professional Development which will allow you to cope with the current challenges in education.<\/span><\/div>\n
The questionnaire is anonymous. Each and every one of your responses is important. The survey should take between 10 and 15 minutes to complete. The results will be of interest to the European training centres as well ass to the heads of educational establishments and to teachers. The results will be available online through the Council of Europe website.<\/span><\/div>\n
